Find the right mentor. Share your experience.
Build a career you love.

HOW IT WORKS
01
Tell us where you are and where you're headed. Takes about four minutes.
02
See mentors matched to your field and goals. You decide who to meet.
03
Real conversations, on your own schedule.
WHY MENTLY
Most women looking for a mentor do find one. What tends to fall apart is what comes after: whether the fit is right, whether there's trust, whether the mentor actually has the time. Matching on shared field alone misses most of that.
Mently matches on goals, experience, working style, and format, so the relationship has a real chance of holding past the first conversation.
What you actually want out of this, beyond a generic career chat.
Field, career stage, the specifics that make advice useful.
How direct, how structured, how much space you want.
In person, hybrid, or remote, and how often you'll actually meet.
WHAT WE HEARD
On finding someone who's actually the right fit
Mentee
“I don't know where to start looking. Women in my field are rare enough that finding someone who matches my path feels nearly impossible.”
Mentor
“For it to actually work, I want shared field, shared values, even shared identity. That's what makes the match feel real.”
Mently is in early development. We're building out our first mentor community before opening things up for everyone to browse and connect.
Copenhagen is where we're launching first. Signing up from elsewhere helps us plan where to go next.
Mentee
Mentor
Right now, Mently is focused on closing the mentorship gap for women in STEM, so mentees are women. Men are welcome to join as mentors. We're starting with mentee-side mentorship for women deliberately, since that's the gap we're most focused on solving first.
Copenhagen is where we're launching first. If you're elsewhere, joining the waitlist still helps us understand where to go next.
Absolutely. Copenhagen is where we're starting, and where we go next depends on where the waitlist tells us there's real demand.
Mently is free to use. Some premium features may come later to help keep things running, but core functionality will always stay free.
Frequency is agreed upfront between mentor and mentee. Half an hour a month is a reasonable starting point, but plenty of pairs meet more or less often once they find their rhythm.
Yes. Many people have something to offer and something to learn at the same time, and Mently is built to support both.
We're aiming for early 2027, though the timeline depends on building our founding mentor community first.
We'll reach out once mentors are secured and matches start opening up.
Absolutely — reach out to hello@mently.io. Whether you want to help spread the word, share feedback, or contribute in some other way, we'd love to hear from you.
